Is it a requirement for the elderly to have little nonstop yapping dogs?

I remember when I had that old lady and her husband that lived downstairs from me and my crazy cousin. She was always trying to steal my little dog–but he’s not yappy unless he thinks a squirrel is watching him
They’re probably over protective of their owner.
But, I’m not a dog, so I would not know.

rofl! nope..my neigbors are 80-100(2 ppl, married) and they don’t have pets..they love our cats though
their deaf, they can’t hear em yapping.

well i dunno almost every senior citizen i know have a small annoying chihuahua
they like them I guess. and they are afraid of the larger breeds. so they get the small ones and he smaller a dog is the more it yaps like they have something to prove or do to makeup for their size.

And i guess most of them are deaf so they cant really hear anything
